Until a few months ago, I was one of those guys every ex had good reasons to fear. When we broke up, I didn’t just take it in stride. Oh, no. I begged. I whined. I left messages on her answering machine. I hacked into her into e-mail account. I made random posts on her Facebook profile.

What is this No Contact and how can it get your ex back? Just like the name suggests, No Contact means not contacting your ex. If she calls you, feel free to answer – but don’t try to get in touch with her yourself.
Why does it work? Because so long as you keep terrorizing her, you’ll just be the jerk she wants out of her life. Even worse, she’ll realize you can’t live without her. Think she’ll respect for you? Think again.
By maintaining a strict “No Contact” policy, you show your ex that you can go on without her just fine. You can also use this time to heal your emotional wounds and get your life sorted out.
In the end, when your ex notices that you’re no longer terrorizing her, she’ll wonder why. She’ll quickly realize that you aren’t just some obsessed jerk – you’re a strong man who can live without her. Believe me, it WILL make her think twice whether breaking up with you was such a good idea.
In my case, she came back within 17 days – and she later told me that my “No Contact” policy played a big role. She said it showed her exactly what she was missing and that she couldn’t let it go. Of course, I used a few other tricks to get her to come back – and I describe them here – but No Contact was pretty much the thing that won her back for good.
